Testimonials
“Patty was integral to the process of downsizing our large estate in Middleburg to a much smaller residence in Florida. She was responsible for valuing and the disposition of our multi-generational collection of 18th and 19th-century English and American antique furniture, decorative art, fine paintings, prints, sculpture, Chinese ceramics, contemporary art, sterling silver, glass, and textiles. She worked closely with me on the fair and equitable distribution of my collection to my children and grandchildren, and shepherded and negotiated the sale of important fine and decorative art through auction and private consignments. Throughout the experience, Patty was highly professional, hardworking, and dedicated to meeting my family’s needs during this difficult transition.“
Dr. Jane Jones, Middleburg, Virginia
“Patty’s personal property appraisal reports are defined by scholarship, honesty, and meticulous research. She advises ethically and treats clients with the sensitivity they deserve during moments of transition. Her standards are exceptionally high, and her integrity is unwavering.”
Elizabeth Lay Little, 20th-Century Design Historian
